Strange. My dealer in the UK can't be more helpful even writing to me to
check if I have any problems needing attention before the warranty runs out.
Which dealer are you using ?

How about siitting out front of the dealer, collecting names for a
class action suit.
You could have kept the bill and then have the dealer charged. That
would get you on his list, not like you would care and make a few
others happy.

For legal reasons, plus in case I have to use them again for any warranty
issues, I would really rather not say.
I'm pleased to read about your (and other posters) favourable experiences
with other Audi dealers though; I might try my next nearest dealer for
servicing, even though it's much more out of the way and much longer to get
to, and for sourcing a replacement if I stick with Audi.
However, my wife, how loves Fords, is now giving me the hard stares / raised
eyebrows routine whenever I mention Audi; on saying the word 'Audi' I
calculate her stare could now melt through 100 feet (vertical) of permafrost
per hour, in a 10' radius.

Re: Lousy Experience at Dealer
I bought my Audi A4TDi Quattro from Highland Audi in Inverness two years
ago.
They are the nicest car dealer I have ever dealt with, straight, honest,
helpful and I drove away feeling really pleased. I recommend then to anyone
buying an Audi.
In contrast my previous car was a BMW bought from John Clark in Aberdeen.
Worse car dealer I have ever been to, fancy showroom but just interested in
your money and how much they can screw out of you. A most unpleasant
experience going there.
