Re: Corvette losing to an Audi?
I didn't say or ask anything about rust on Audi's, I only corrected the
mistake because it is a pretty big one.

Re: Corvette losing to an Audi?
I just stated my opinion about a good point of the Corvette having a much
longer life than an Audi but I may have sized up the issue and hell broke
loose & 1 thing lead to many others. What can I tell you, we each have our
own opinions on cars...
By the way I really like the Cherokee Sport. It's a cool model & the 4
litre engine is undestructible. Just my opinion.

Of course you do. Since that's the way you do it, it must be right.
Or, because you always read things bottom-to-top, back-to-front,
right-to-left. Or, because your POS newsreader does it that way,
that's the way it should be done.
> They're easier to read
> instead of continual scrolling.
Well-trimmed posts (something that top-posters seem to ignore as a
matter of course) don't need a lot of scrolling.

LOL. Yeah, especially when you get folks who both top-post and post
correctly in the same thread. Top-posters are lazy and inconsiderate.
Here are some references, just for the heck of it:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&l...=Google+Search
(mind the line wrap)
Notice that this subject is well-discussed, and that about 95% of the
comments are critical of top-posting in USENET. Notice that most
folks think that it's OK in e-mail. E-mail and USENET are not the
same thing.
It's funny, the only folks who seem to defend top-posting are
top-posters. ANd their arguments always center around what is best
for *them.* Lazy and selfish - top-posting screams, "My words are the
most important! Look at me!"
> Ever wonder why most email
> programs default to "top posting"?
"Most" don't. MS Outhouse and it's variants do that, but that doesn't
make it right. In addition, USENET is not e-mail. Real newsreaders
default to properly post. Hint: it ain't the top.

You must have a weak back. I've had my Passat (with leather seats) on
numerous 3+ hour trips with no back pains. I must say, though, the most
comfortable seat I've ever run across is still the cloth-upholstered
seat that was in my last car, a Saturn LS2. My back would actually feel
*better* after a few hours in that seat.

"Most" email programs? The only one I know of is the braindead MS
Outlook Express.

The only one you know about is MS Outlook Express you say? Hmmm, my
Netscape defaults to top posting as well. Aren't MS & Netscape the 2
majors? Where are you from Mike? Oh, let me guess - down under! Bwaa,
Haa, Haa! That would explain your posting down under!
