I'm getting both of these codes now.
The right catalytic converter was replaced recently. And actually I may have been getting these codes even before I replaced the catalytic converter...but I'm not sure.
Would a bad right oxygen sensor explain both of these codes (as well as the bad catalytic converter)? I've heard that a vacuum leak might explain them as well....but I haven't been able to detect one (using the carb and choke cleaner).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

P0411 - Secondary Air Injection System: Incorrect Flow Detected
Possible Condition:
Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) ON
Possible Cause:
Fuel Pump Relay (J17) faulty
Hoses/Pipes to/between Components faulty/clogged
Secondary Air Injection Pump (V101) faulty
Secondary Air Injection Pump Relay (J299) faulty
Secondary Air Injection Solenoid Valve (N112) faulty
Diverter Valves stuck in open or closed position
Connection to diverter valves faulty
Possible Correction:
Check Fuel Pump Relay (J17)
Check Hoses/Pipes to/between Components
Check Secondary Air Injection Hoses/Pipes for Carbonization
Check Secondary Air Injection Pump (V101)
Check Secondary Air Injection Pump Relay (J299)
Check Secondary Air Injection Solenoid Valve (N112)
Remove and test diverter valves
Run the readiness code as a final test
P0432- Main Catalyst, Bank2 Efficiency Below Threshold
Possible Condition:
Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) ON
Possible Cause:
Defective Cat, non OEM CAT, Defective O2S
Check HO2S -G108- and O2S control (bank 2, sensor 1)
Possible Correction:
Measure and test all O2 sensors - Fore and Aft
Test the CAT temperatures with a laser
Run the readiness code as a final test
(using the carb and choke cleaner) - not a good test! Use a smoke machine.
