Bought a used 2018 A5 coupe and was looking to update the navigation as it looks like the previous owner did not update any of the 5 free updates. When I register with MyAudi I do see the option to download the 2019/2020 map for free. I do, and extract it and see the expected folders.
However on my vehicle I do not see the described options. According to the instructions via the Audi website: "navigate in the MMI to Menu -> Setup MMI -> System update." However I do not see any "setup MMI" option.

I am able to navigate to system update by going to "Settings --> [left control bumper] --> System Maintenance --> System Update...assuming this is the same thing it says "not available" under each option despite having the correctly loaded files.

If this is no longer an option like some threads seem to say, why does the option still appear on MyAudi and the download still possible? Am I just entering the wrong system update and the navigation to the correct folder is done some other way?
