they didnt take it off mine either. I think they wont take it off till they recieve the exhaust systems. Just to cover themselves incase magnaflow where to blow up, go under or any other reason they could not provide the exhaust to hottexhaust.

Either way the exhausts come in next week!!!!!
we should call that place that has the garages for rent and book one for i would say 4 hours on sat.

 

Hey Sonic, I've decided to wait for a AWE quad tip exhaust for my Avant, but I'll meet up with you guys for your installs anyway.

My preference is for smaller diameter tips (~3 vs ~4) and quad tips are more rare. It'll also give me an excuse to put a more aggresive (carbon) rear valence on the back.

i called up independent tuning and i told them i was inquiring about prices on their exhaust systems and a miltek catback system would cost about $1600 so i told them i saw magnaflow has a b7 model coming out for catback exhaust and asked them for a price inquiry. Once i get that price inquiry i can tell you guys how much we saved. I did not tell independent tuning anything i just called to find out about prices because i am curious lol. So far from what i see we got a hell of a deal.

 

oh god ya. generaly the exhaust for our cars going from 1200 to 1800 depending ont he brand and location. 750 is a killer deal!!

 

lol mine was 807.50 lol when i checked the dyno stats of the b6 and the b7 the b7 gets a little more hp and torq compared to the b6 so i guess thats why the price is like that lol
