Hi Everyone

My first post as a newAudi owner and I was hoping someone may be able to shed some light on a headlight question (pun fully intended).

My A6 has already had one headlamp assembly replaced and now the other one seems to be problematic as well (xenon on one side shorted out after a carwash, LED failed on the other side just yesterday)..and all before the car turned 30K. My question is abot the inner headlight. I cant seem to find any position on the headlight dial that will ligth up the headlamps closest to the grille..is this normal? Only the outer lamp works (high/low) and the LED lamps. The car is going in next week for the second time in two weeks to have the headlights serviced and I am wondering if there is something they need to do about the inner lamps as well. Your help would be greatly appreciated!
