Just bought a 2003 2.7T Tipper out of the states and brought it up to Calgary. Still trying to figure out the DRLs. Posted questions on the other thread but if you have a DIY solution ... I'm all ears.

Hi, just got an 02 3.0 Avant. Love it except that a lifter grenaded on the way home form the states and I had to have a new head put on it. Cost nearly as much as the car. Here's to American consumer protection laws and a good lawyer.

 

I just traded in my 2.7T for the 4.2. Its my 3rd A6. I believe my next car will be another A6 after this one............

 

How are you liking the V8 goodness? What year is it?

 

Its a 2003. I prefer the V8 to the ones I had in the past. It barely revs at all when you stick it in D. If you want revving, you just stick it in S. I am still wondering how the ESP will cope with the 255/40s in the snow.........
