every two months or so my light on the dash comes on telling me that i am low on coolant. there isnt any leaking from the front of the engine by the fans but there is smoke coming from the back towards the windshield. there is no rhyme or reason for this to happen, the conditions seem to be different each time.

 

Could be near the heater core, the hoses are in between the 2 firewalls, the drain hole in the firewall section goes straight onto the exhaust.
