Can the air bags be replaced by springs?

Can the air bags be replaced by springs?
I am having trouble with my air suspension losing air and i have a feeling that i will need at least a compressor. I have heard that it is relatively easy to replace the air system with springs. Is this so ? if so how much would it cost and where would i find the ideal springs (for the money).

I just put new Arnott Gen2 parts in today. All 4 corners. They are beautiful parts, come with a lifetime warranty and my Allroad rides great again.
