DRL not on during the daytime

DRL not on during the daytime
Hi Guy's. I bought a 2013 A4 a month ago and just noticed my DRL are not on anymore during the day. They were working when I bought it and certified it.
I did vag com the seat belt chime a couple of weeks ago. I did not notice if the DRL's worked after that or not.
Does the seat belt change the country of origin like it did on my B7?
I have looked at the codes and I have DRL selected. When I also try to select which lights act as my DRLs it will not accept the code though. Gives me an error 31.
DRL LED's definitely work. They come on with the headlights and when I turn to next spot (side markers) Just are not on at 0 or auto during the day.
