Default Valve timing DTC

Hello. I have a 2006 Audi A4 avant with the 3.2 L engine. Recently, my check engine light came on, codes were P0021 and P0346 the first code is that the cam position sensor for back 2 is out of spec and the second code indicates that timing is over advanced for bank 2. Replaced the upper cam position sensor and reset the codes but the error reappeared. I then moved my new sensor down to replace the lower cam position sensor and still get the same errors. According to.Elsawin my next step is to look at the valve timing actuator solenoids. I checked, and I have correct voltage to both the inlet and exhaust solenoids. I am hesitant to order as they are reasonably expensive and was hoping someone could confirm that this is the correct course of action. the car feels quite down on power and sluggish
