Will i get in trouble from the popo for having a testpipe?? Im in alberta and

Section 115(2)(f) of the Alberta Traffic Safety Act (also known colloquially as 'the stunting law') allows a police office to write you a ticket for just about anything he deems to be "likely to distract, startle or interfere with other users of the highway."

Furthermore, municipalities have the power to create bylaws which limit the noise emitted by a motor vehicle. To my knowledge, Edmonton has such legislation although the technology used by the Edmonton City Police to measure noise levels has been shown to be inaccurate under certain situations.

Thanks man! I should be very aware of that since i also ride a crotch rocket, i didnt knkw it applies the same way to just about Anything! I thought thered be alot more implications as far as emissions are concerned...but thank you verymuch!
