Default Stupid Audi A4 Wipers

So today I got really aggravated - the wiper blade nearest the drivers side ever so slightly hits the B pillar.

So I popped off both wiper blades (cap comes off, then a hex bolt, and then spent a good hour trying to wiggle them out - seized like nobody's business).

I readjusted it by one notch down - so not it no longer hits the B pillar, but there's like 2 inches between the B pillar and the blade....

GAK - I have a choice of living with a stupid "click" everytime it brushes against it or a 2" rain gap which means not really being able to see the line on the road in heavy rain.

The wiper blades are OEM Bosch from the dealer - right length too.......

Anybody else have this issue??

Stock length. 550mm (21.65") - probably a sloppy wiper linkage - will be in dealer on Friday

The B pillar is the one in the middle of the car, between the doors.

The one your wiper is hitting is the A pillar.
