I do...

I am planing on using AMSOIL which is good for at least 25000km; actually it is guaranteed for 35k, but 25k is the filter's limit. Any input on AMSOIL ?

Not all of us have (almost) new A4's. B5's and B6's are known for having sludge issues, in most cases it's not worth chancing. I would much rather do an oil change more frequently than destroy the engine.

5000 km or 3 months.

I did my first oil change at 8000k and the dealer said that after the first one it just needs it once a year or every ~15000.
Thoughts?
