my 1996 a4 has 312,000 kilometers and still running strong.

nothing major..... the engine is the original one... i do oil change every 10000 km using mobil 1 synthetic oil.... the belts were changed at every 100,000 km...... and the brake pads and rotors also been changed a couple times.

I had a '97 a4 changed oil every 8k timing belt at every 100k and I said I will drive it till it dies, car had 392000 km's when i decided time to get a new one! Replace the water pump the belt at 100k just to be safe
