Default what kind of coil overs are these

I bought my car pretty slammed on coilovers but I can't figure out what kind they are, hopefully someone can answer my question, and if you can where can I get the tool to crank them up.

Not sure what brand coilovers those are but it looks like a generic coil wrench (spanner wrench) will do the trick. Not sure what shops are in Winnipeg but just about any place that sells lowering springs or any other performance suspension components should have them.

Those are V-MAXX coilovers, generic but great value! I know because I just bought some myself, The wrench you speak of is also generic, get one with a hinge and it will work no doubt.

soak them with wd40 for a few days first. then power wash them, they look like they wont move if you dont do that.
