Default Stereo Question

Hey guys,

So my wife gets in the car yesterday after we had been driving all day without issue. All of a sudden, we have no music! The buttons on the deck light up, but nothing at all on the lcd. Has anyone had this issue?

BTW it's a 2002 A4 Sportline with the in-dash 6cd bose...

I'm just going outside to check all the fuses.

Thanks in advance

Well, I pulled the fuse and it was fine. Put it back in and everything works fine...
Strange..

My '03 Avant stereo was working fine and did the same thing - fuse checked and appeared OK. Replaced it anyways and still no tunes! Driving along and suddenly the tunes are back. Days go by and the radio cut out again. This time no tunes for days. Finaly had the system checked - Amp is pooched! Something wrong with some solder (sp) spots. A local shot tried to fix it but have had no success. To replace it with O.E. something like $400.00. Another $400.00 and I could have a whole new system. Haven't done anything with it since. Sadly no driving tunes.
