I've had this problem off and on for about 6 months now, the fans will come on as soon as the car is started. The coolant level is good, the relay has been switched out and there is no evidence of a coolant leak. I've taken it to my local guy, he has scanned it, fixed it by clearing any codes and cannot see anything out of the ordinary. It uses alot of fuel when the fans are going! Any ideas as to what is causing this? I'm going to change the radiator out this summer hopefully that will help.
