Default I'm an idiot! Ripped lower bumper off the curb

So last night in a sober stupor I carelessly ripped the lower valance off my front bumper. I managed to clip enough of it back on to drive it safely but it does need to be replaced. Just wondering if this has happenned to anyone else out there and ifso, what parts did you have to replace.

Cheers and thanks

Pablo

even if you damaged the upper bumper a new lower should go on and hide everything, when you do the usp conversion you end up cutting up the bottom of your upper bumper anyways.

I would just replace the lower bumper and any grilles you damaged, its all clipped in except for the 2 corners behind the fog grilles theres 2 torx screws which hold these little plastic blocks that go through the lower.

if you need a lower or any of the grilles I have all of that since I did a usp conversion, its all in decent shape and "unpainted" dark gray

Hey Sean,

Thanks for the reply. My A4 is an 02 so I just need a stock unpainted lower. If you`re selling it and all the hardware needed to install it, `send me some pics at necky44@hotmail.com

Cheers

may not be doable, depending on the damage, but what about plastic-welding it back on?
i was in a shop this weekend and saw them rebuilding a cracked bumper and its much cheaper than replacing it.

A lot of places will just replace it to charge a markup. Not much markup on small patch work. I will ask though. It can't hurt right?
