hey guys...GREAT NEWS!!!

finally found someone around the GTA who will not only cut keys...but program them as well!!!!

1 key cut = $30
2 keys cut = $50
programming the keys = $40

thats one sweet deal... considering dealer wanted more than $100 to JUST program the keys...no cutting involved...he also gave me something called "SKC" code where I can program the keys myself using vag-com in the future...

if anyone needs info on this...PM me...i'll be glad to refer you guys to him.

i think he supplies the blades...

but not sure if he supplies the keyfobs...
if you wanna get the keyfob...get the B7 keyfob...looks way nicer than the B6

there is a write up on audizine.com on a good b7 key for b6 platform

keyfobs are sold in ebay...make sure that it 8E0 or something...others don't work...but all this info is in the writeup in audizine.com

 

so he can program and cut a use key for a B7?...payment is due only if it works?.....any links to some Ebay sellers of the keyfobs you were mentioning about,I dont want to buy the wrong serial number FOB.

I have some B7 fobs and of course only would charge when it all works. I give you the 4-digit SKC for your car too (assuming it's a B6, not many can get this as far as I know).

Hey, so I lost my keys and I'm locked out of my car. I don't know why we're supposed to pm for this locksmiths number, (surely he would want the extra publicity and business from the forum? ). Anyways, of course OP hasn't been online in a year. Did anyone else get that number? Or know of a guy in Toronto who Can make b6 keys?

 

check kijiji, there was a guy i found on there that does them, the one guy i got to do it is in guelph, his number is 519-546-3812, he charged $150 for the whole key fob cut and programmed. I'm from oshawa, and would not recommend owasco audi in whitby for anything, tried charging me $2600 worth of repairs i didn't need

 

New to this forum - what does "PM" me mean?
would like to contact dmp to get a new key, & fog and get in programmed for an A4 Quattro, 2000. tried to message him directly but couldn't work it out. Can anybody help? would love to get his assistance with a key!
