Camshaft Tensioner

Hello Everyone

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions where i can find a Camshaft tensioner for my 2004 A4 1.8T. My mechanic found 1 for just under $500. is there any place i can find one cheaper?

I'm sure you found one by now but I just went though this with my 04 Avant. Germanparts.ca quoted me $325 and said it was OEM.
