Question Turbo issue

Every now and then while driving when my turbo kicks in, my service light flashes and it feels rough with the turbo, I can feel it taking in air and then not then again then not. What can I do to stop this, is it my coil coming out? Please any info you have would be awesome.

Scan your car with a VAG-COM. Check for boost and vacuum leaks. Use a VAG-COM to check for misfires, which may indicate plugs or coilpacks.
