I have new battery, just 4 months old. I give my batteries to the neighbours after 3 winter seasons, and I buy new ones at Walmart dog cheap for $80.00. I buy the biggest that will fit.

Midrange suggested checking the battery rather than gasoline.

I never suggested checking the battery.. I suggested being more concerned about your battery in the cold weather opposed to gas...

Yes this is what I was doing for the last 3 days. Buying $10.00 worth of gas every day to keep the tank full. Thank you Leonard.

Oh I just passed some Saab quattroing on the side of the road through snow and did some donuts in front of the house. Feels good. All sweaty now
