Where can I buy a clock spring for my 99 A4 1.8T tiptronic? I can live with the air bag light on the dash, but not being able to use the horn amongst the plethora of horrible Vancouver drivers is a bit frustrating.

New or Used, I don't care. Most of the online parts vendors have the part for cheap, but for non-tipronic vehicles only.

If someone could refer me to a source for this part, I would really appreciate it.
