Hey guys i cant find my OM, and i think i blew my cigarette lighter fuse. I saw a spark and it stopped working. For the love of god i cant find the fuse box, i looked in the engine compartment and under drivers steering and cant really see anything! its a 98 1.8T! Any ideas where it is?

 

Driver Side Dash, open driver door all the way and pull the cover off the side of the dash.

 

so where there is a semi circle about steering wheel level? around the vent, just on the side where the door locks right?
