98 A4 1.8t GTA mechanic? Engine Fan to Cool Engine &Temp Sensors

I just had my engine blow, I've replaced the engine and done everything I can, When I hook up the comp it gives me an engine light code for my temp sensor, I changed that and still nothing. Now I have that problem and the engine fan isn't coming on to cool the engine, so it's going to overheat and blow again. Anyone know how to fix the problem? or a mechanic in the GTA that has a VAGCOM to clear the codes and help fix my situation.

Bero motors on kipling and north queen.

Amazing guys. I always take my car there . Audi and vw specialist. They even have a4 wrecks out back if you need some parts cheap.
