I'm in Vaughan, Ontario just 20 mins north of Toronto.
Where did you get the headlights for $800? Was it for both driver's side and passenger side? I was quoted at between $650 and $750 each.

 

Got them on eBay From germany. E-code headlights.

750$+ shipping.

And did you get the leveling motors for your headlights or do I even need them? I'm going for the look and better light output not fancy technology.

Wow the Bixenon retro seems so cheap on the A3, I'm in a golf and the cost to do this is easily $1800, we need to replace our Electronic Control Module on top of all the stuff listed here. You guys are lucky.

 

I think I'm just going to hold off on the whole OEM LED BiXenon retrofit for now. I'm going to try out a set of Philips Xtreme Visons for the low and hi beams. I'm also going to go with a Canbus or error free LED replacement for the PS19W DRL bulb. Does anybody know where I can find a good and bright (white, not blueish) PS19W DRL bulb that wont cause errors... In the GTA or online?

Also has anybody ordered online form http://www.powerbulbs.com? Are they reputable? how long will shipping really take?

Hey Any luck? I'm also wanting to change to the Bizenon headlights. I read that there is some Vagcom adjustments needed, does anyone know why?
