Default Will 245 work on a 2006 A4

I know the stock size is 235/45/17, but can I run 245/40/18's on my 2006 A4? will I have any issues?

thanks

I run 245.40.18 on my B7 S4. No problemo with Michelin PS2.

Whether or not a setup will rub depends on many things: offset, spacers, wheel/tire sizes, ride height, damper compression, and how you drive. That said, if the car is otherwise stock, you won't have any issues - no OEM cuts it that close with tire/wheel sizing. FWIW, your odometer/trip computer will be off by a bit (use a calculator to determine the exact figure).

It's about 1% (25.4" is stock 235.40.18 vs. 25.7" is 245.40.18 wheel/tire height). It'll get an 'extended' warranty.
