Audi A4 B6 245/40R18 does it fit????

I have an Audi A4 2002 (B6), I want to know if I can instal 245 tires instead of 235 without spacers.

I would think so. The step up from a 235 to a 245 is only 10mm and the increase in tire height is going to be minimal. I believe some people here already run that setup.
