Default Stock Avus 17" Wheels Painting

Set on going for the white on white look. Couldn't really find that right set of wheels so I'm sticking to the stockers for now. Decided to just paint them. Did the spare first. Still want to add a red pinstripe around the edge. Don't think the stock wheels look good in any color other than silver or white. What you guys think?

I have some Avus rims painted a gun metal colour. It's almost identical to the colour of my car which is brown/grey. I wasn't keen on them at first, but the colour grew on me.

Hmm not bad, matches well with the car. Ended up not going with the white on white. Sticking with the original silver. Picked up a set of silver O.Z. Superleggera 18x8 with Goodyear Eagle F1 225/40/18 tires for 1400. Looks real mean now.
