No worries. They are indeed my winters. Ordered them directly through VMR. Shipped here in about 1 week. Quite an easy process really. As for the Audi I ordred it in Ottawa at the Audi dealer on Hunt Club. I think it's the only dealer in Ottawa. I'll post some pics once they are on. I'm waiting to post the final pics so I can include the completed interior when the wood grain kit is in from Europe. Still waiting on that one with no idea when it is set to arrive.

Thought I would add the following as well. The rubber that comes on the 2010 SLine wheels IS NOT GOOD FOR WINTER DRIVING. Terrifying would be the word I would use to describe it.

We live in the country and the drive in this morning with all slush and some black Ice was one I will never forget. Snows go on tomorrow thankfully.

OMG, you are driving with your OEM Sline tires...If I remember correctly, those are summer tires, not even all season tires.

I can 100% confirm S-line tires are summer only (that was one reason I didn't go for S-line) of course I regret that now that I got winter tires for the car.

I knew they were summer tires and that's why I ordered the winters, however that didn't jive perfectly with my delivery date so that's how all this came to pass. The summer tires are "ok" on the dry cold pavement, but anything wet, forget ice, just even wet given the tempertatures outside is down right dangerous. My all seasons on my wife's car look like snow tires compared to these in wet cold conditions. Needless to say the car is in now for the snows and she should be set for the wet stuff tomorrow afternoon. Blizzac DM-V1's, how I will enjoy your company.

On a side note, I broke open the packaging to sneak a peak at the rims and Gunmetal is just a cool color IMO. Also spoke with the Audi Parts rep and he set me up with some gunmetal Audi centre caps, so they look a little more OEM.

I got the quote back from the dealership on purchasing the optional 19" rims at $515 a piece. Not sure if the TPMS are included or not, but not as high as I anticipated. Will use the 18" factories as winters unless I can find a home for them.

Anyone interested in the the factory 18 tires as I'm going to run dedicated winters?

I haven't formally introduced my new Q to the board yet as the weather has been very suspect here and not good for photo taking but here are some first shots of the Q with her winter boots...

18" VMR V710's Wrapped in Bridgestone Blizzac DM-V1's. Centre caps are Audi Caps which are snug but a good fit... I like the look of them. HUGE difference between the 20" that came with it and these. The ride feels softer (to me)... More pics to come in a few days when the weather finally cooperates. On a side note... anyone know what the yellow dot is for and if I can remove it?
