A6 C5 OEM wheel swap

I'm driving a 2001 A6 2.8 with the OEM wheels and Continental DWS 205/55R16 tires.

I saw a set of 4 OEM wheels with the following specs:

SIZE Diam x Width: 16 x 7"
PATTERN: 5 x 112 mm
OFFSET: 45 mm

From what I could see online, my original wheels have a 40 mm offset, though I don't know that for certain and there's nothing in my documentation to indicate the offset. Would I be able to switch my tires to these wheels and would there be any possible problems with fit/ clearance with these if the offset is different by 5 mm?

Any help or advice would be appreciated!
