Wheel Repair in Calgary

Wheel Repair in Calgary
So I made the mistake of letting my girlfriend borrow my car to take to work the other night. Now I have a pretty nasty scuff along the lip of the front passenger side wheel. She "thinks" she may have hit the curb but she doesn't remember hearing any scratching noise. So now I need to get this repaired. Has anyone used a wheel repair shop in the Calgary area that they could refer?

John_r1 - Have you used Alberta Wheel Repair? I have read many poor reviews of the company. Some have issues with the quality of work and many people had issues with the customer service and length of time it took complete the work.
I think I will contact Andre @Alloy Wheel and see what he can do for me. Whoever I end up using I will post before and after pictures so people can judge for themselves.

Re: Wheel Repair in Calgary
My wheels (Fat Fives) are pretty chunked up and I've been putting off repairing them for 2 years (hah, since I bought the car!). It would appear that the first owner was ridiculously bad with curbs. I need to have the lips redone, and then have the clearcoat redone as well.
I'm about to have Andre @ Alloy Wheel refinish - I will also post before & after photos.
The quote I received was $125-$150 per wheel (sight unseen), which is literally half the cost of a place in Vancouver that I was going to use last year... (one of the reasons why I put it off - I could have bought an already refinished set of Fat Fives for $1200 rather than just refinishing them...)
Wish me luck!

Re: Wheel Repair in Calgary
I haven't had any wheels refinished there but I have had bent wheels repaired at Alberta Wheel Repair and I had them back next day and found them to be professional and affordable.
