What botton does which?
Can someone tell me what each botton does. Obviously one is the fog light but that other isnt, can someone tell me both by specifing what the left one does and the right one. Awesome Thank you.

^ correct.
The one on the left is for the front, the one on the right is for the rear. Keep in mind, the rear fog light only turns one light (driver side rear) on. If you have it on, it would appear like you have a busted tail light. The light output would be the same as a brake light.

I also can't get any voltage reading from the rear fog-light socket on the passenger side...

^^^ Rear fog lights are manditory in Europe. So of course, being a german vehicle, it comes stock on all Audi's.
The point of the rear fog is so drivers behind you in heavy fog know which side of the car they are looking at. There is NO rear fog light on the passenger side so you will not get any voltage.

its a shame ppl in north america don't get the rear fogs thing.... i have driven in europe extensively, and let me tell you, when going through a sudden fog on the autobahn and everyone turns on the rear fogs, it makes it a LOT easier to see where everyone is in front of you! (and you can worry a little less about being rear ended)
