"Several B8 S4 owners from the Vancouver BC area and the Seattle area have been talking about a GTG, a good middle ground seems to be Bellingham. A prior event was held with a drive up Chuckanut to the Web Locker, a good burger place out from town along the docks. I'll certainly open this up to anyone else who wants to take a nice down up I-5 and meet with some fellow enthusiasts.

Destination is the Web Locker down at the docks, 1pm meet: Bing Maps

- Please come with at least a half tank of gas, maybe a little less, as there is an Ethanol-free gas station an exit on the north side of Bellingham, at exit 258 - Bing Maps You might want to fuel up there for the return trip!
- Be courteous to other drivers, we don't want to besmirch the Audi brand and give us a bad rep (or have any run in's with the law), so just drive smart and safe.

There is a chance a few of the guys may come down to Seattle after this, so we can easily caravan back from up north, as well as possibly do an impromptu dinner/hangout later if anyone has the time and inclination.

Post here or PM for interest, I'll solicit info and feedback and get things rolling!

Those who do not run front plates, Bellingham is a hot spot for making money off these. They have been know to pull you JUST for this infraction, and certainly meter maids will absolutely ticket for this
This said I have been up before and ran no plate and was fine.

The route from the freeway to the docks is pretty straight and there is no metered parking at the docks, it's a dead end, so no likely patrols down there either - just a word of caution for all coming"


Any interest in this from the Canadian side, PM me and we can co-ordinate a meet prior to crossing the border if anyone wants to. I'll be leaving the White Rock area at around 10am to be sure to get there in time, will do some shopping if I arrive early.
