Does Audi in Canada honor the warranty on US purchased vehicles?
What about "certified pre owned" extended warranty?

Best to contact the dealer. Here in Vancouver, or at least in BC, factory warranty from Audi is good for North America as it's extended warranty.

Ok Just to clear this up a little bit for everyone....

Factory Warranty is transferable
CPO warranty = depends on the dealer servicing the car is what I have experienced in reading all these threads. In some cases it was no sweat in others you had to pay to get it transfered, in others there was a deductable every time the vehicle was serviced. Best thing to do is call your local dealer, and Audi Canada to verify as these things tend to change over time

sorry to bring this back from the past

but does anyone know specifically if the emissions warranty on a US vehicle is honored in Canada?

i had a few independent shops (that works strictly with European cars) say yes (emissions will be covered); as canada and US have the same 8 year warranty on certain emissions components (mileage dependent, but i'm within the prescribed mileage anyway).

I've read numerous 'car import' sites, saying the same thing.

I've called Audi canada to confirm, but they're taking forever to get back to me.

Wondering if any of you have experience with this?
