Question ceramic brakes

I have '08 TT. My dash rells me I need new brake pads. This is partly good news because I'm tired of exessive brake dust. I want to replace with ceramic. I haven't found any that say "with wear sensor". Do I need that? If I replace w/o sensor will the dash read that forever?

Here check out this site Brakes Products for Audi TT 3.2T Quattro Coupe Base Model 2008 It tells you which ones have low noise, stopping power, and brake dust. you should also check out the Calgary Audi Club!

Hawks ceramic performance brakes! i have them on mine an all works well, no issues at all. i love the fact they don't squeal in the canadian cold winters as well there is no more brutal brake dust issues.

Red stuff is the same way. Some people say EBC squeel. Mine never did and the dust...is gone!!!!! Although i love my last options of having chrome or black rims

If you buy pads WITHOUT sensor, the "change brake" signal will stay on always. Unless you can supress it thru to OBD (i don't know if feasable).
