Need timing belt done on my B6. Anyone use them before? TIA

 

I have used them and here are a few useful information regarding it ,
recomended service date for timing belt
in short , stick to 60k if you can afford it.

Here is the Audi Official times,

40k miles - RS4/ 2.7 V6 biturbo

60k miles - TDI Engines

80k miles - 2.4 V6 /3.0V6 /V6 TDI

115k miles - 1.8 4-cylinder engines / 2.0 4 cylinder engines




Overall i can say is that belt itself is only half the story. If the belt drives the water
pump (as in most if not all Audis) then the pump will break the belt
(or strip its teeth) if the pump seizes. So be careful regarding ur timing belts
