I second John at Import Auto. I also know the guys at Prairie Autohaus - good for new and old VW's and Audis, as well, Rubens (very honest shop) for new and old VW's and older Audi's. I have had the VW dealer ship help out with some stuff too.

There was an ice track behind Merlin motors in other winters I'll have to go and check.
