Hey everyone.

New to this site so.......without going through every page.
Does anyone know how to fix a window problem where it wont go up all the way.
My driver side window stays down just about a 1/4".....makes horrible road noise plus bad for touchless car washes......(this is how I found out)

If anyone has some helpful advise please advise.....
Im form BC Lower mainland.
Picked up my 2001 Audi TT coupe 225 /green about a month agao from Washington State.

I know it's a old thread but fwiw this seems to be a common mk1 TT problem. I have this occasionally and for me If I start the car then put it up the window will go up all the way. It usually seems to happen when I have key in the ignition and the car is not running and I then put them down. I never have problems with I put it in the door and put the windows down by turning the key.
