Tire size for 2014 A6

Hi

I currently have a 2012 A4 with 225/50R17 winter tires which I bought last winter. I am seriously thinking of trading my A4 in for a 2014 A6 2.0T.

Will the 2014 A6 accept 225/50R17 tires inclusive of the rims?

Similar situation, would love to hear if someone has successfully installed the 17 inch wheels onto the A6

This should be OK provided you have the 2.0 T engine.

Sorry to reply late (don't regularly log onto the forum). I switched from an 2011 S4 to a 2012 A6 S-line. I had winter rims 17 inches but the rims didn't clear the brakes on the S-line. I had to buy a new set of 18 inch rims for my A6.
