Spoke to my dealer yesterday and it sounds like they will be starting to order the TDI's next week. Great news for Canada!

 

First orders have now been placed, even though we don't have pricing.

Starting pricepoint should be $49900ish am thinking.

I was out downtown toronto Audi today and a 2014 TDI was in the pick up bay ready for its new owner.

 

Mine is on the ship, should be in Halifax on the 15th. Any idea a typical travel time from there? I'm in Waterloo.

 

My guess is 2-3 weeks.

 

When did you order and how do you know the exact status? Asked your salesman?

 

I didn't order one but yes you can ask your salesman. There is a site online where you can track the car.

 

Sales dude was clueless, said I knew more than he did. Yes, info was from myauditracker and apparently is more than they get for info at the stealership. I'd like to know the VIN and get everything settled with the insurance company as I'm likely to be away when it arrives, but they don't seem to be pressing me on, so it can sit on the lot for a while when I get back for a bit. The later we can push out delivery and the start of finance payments the better
