Ok so a colleague of mine took delivery of a Daytona Grey Pearl effect Q5 TDI S-line 2 days ago and we had a chance to look at it in detail. All I expected and more! Gobs of power, silky smooth TDI (I know that sounds like an Oxymoron silk smooth............. but as it idles and runs one would never know it was a diesel).
The attention to detail and interior second to none...........job well done.

 

If that had adaptive cruise control I'm calling the cops . Sounds exactly like the one I'm waiting for that according to the tracker has been stuck on Sable Island for the last 3 days

Hey guys, any discounts to be had on the 2014 Q5 TDI? I know its brand new and it just started to be sold in Canada...just wondering if its possible to get 5-6% off msrp.

Our ship looks like it actually hit HFX on the 19th (based on when we got the email notification from the tracker service). It arrived at the dealer either yesterday or today. Just arranged for pick-up on Thursday the 29th.

 

On Aug 14, MyAudiTracker sent me an email about "Order Processed". It's still there - not into "Parts Assembly" yet. How long does this normally take - any ideas?

We jacked an order that was already in the dealer's build queue. I recall it being about 3 weeks from order conf to parts assembly?

 

I wish I could have gotten an order "replaced"... should have pushed harder for it!
