Q5 with 20k, lost bluetooth sound. Iphone still pairs OK, I have all navigations on screen OK, can answer or ignore calls, but there is no ringing or conversation sound anymore. Anyone experienced that?

 

Try make reset all settings to factory

 

Yes, tried that first, didn't work. Q5 in dealer's hands today...

 

Bluetooth module dead, waiting for replacement.
BTW, dealer ripped side door upholstery....., will replace it too.
Best part is, that they didn't mention anything about it, I discovered it later that day.....They apologized, but they should spot it and handle it on the spot, instead letting me go.
Anyway, waiting for parts now....

 

Bluetooth module replaced, side door panel replaced, all works OK. Case closed.
