Default Question about roof racks

Hey guys,
The winter season is coming and I want to get a roof rack and snowboard clips for my B8.

What do you guys recommend: oem audi roof rack + snowboard attachment, or some other 3rd party stuff?

Has anyone gotten 3rd party racks? How well did they work?

Thanks guys

Thule and Yakima are the big names (pretty sure Thule makes the OEM rack). I've used both and they're quality although Yak round bars are noisier. I'm sure you'll find add'l info if you do a search ...
