A4 Special Edition
The dealer just called me today with news of the A4 Special Edition. Essentially it combines the A4 Premium, S-Line, and US-only Titanium packages. The titanium options are available individually but could only be applied to the premium plus.

It's an absolutely gorgeous car. I'm going to pick one up tomorrow.
Does anyone have invoice pricing for any models of the A4 (Premium, Premium Plus, etc)?

Which pricing are you after? manual or automatic ?
Premium trim Manual I believe is $45,595 Auto $47,095
Premium Plus trim Manual $47,795 Auto $49,295
I believe those figures include Freight & PDI.
