I recently busted my sun visor. I simply raised it to the stowed position, and while doing that I heard a snap. The visor now sags off the headliner and there is no resistance when the visor is moved.

As it has the garage door opener keypad, a replacement visor is $400 Can.

Has anyone successfully repaired a visor? Any alternatives to the $400 Audi parts bin?
