Anyone successfully import an Allroad 4.2 V8?

Default Anyone successfully import an Allroad 4.2 V8?
I ask because I spoke to a broker in Vancouver and he is convinced that it is not admissable. Whereas on Transport Canada's site, only the C5 A6Q sedan with V8 is inadmissable. I think even the A6Q sedan should now be admissable because TC has harmonized bumper regs with the US and Europe effective June 25, 2008.

Yes, we have serviced two 4.2L Allroads here in Toronto. They are monsterous machines! Great automobiles.

i actually saw one a 4.2 Allroad in calgary for the first time yesterday with local plates, bright red really nice...

I saw one on the drive up to the cottage a little while ago, really amazing looking car and i'd much prefer it to any SUV.
