what kind of paper i need for the border or Canadian tire for the national
safety check ?
And which papers must i have from the seller ?

Since it is older then 15 years of age you just have to fax the title to the border 72 business hours prior to crossing it.

Since it is older then 15 years you do not have to deal with the registrar of imported vehicles.

You should grab a sales contract
from the seller regardless.

the title is something that gets issued in the states by the state DMV (department of motor vehicles) you need this in order to export the car from the states, and you need this to import the car into canada
