used Q5 which one to choose..need some advise..

used Q5 which one to choose..need some advise..
recently i am considering to purchase a used Q5 less than $45000 with tax and etc all in.
i find two on the autotrader and really hard to choose need some suggestions from you guys...
2011 2.0t,4month old,10000km

2010 3.2 2year old, 80000km, U.S car.

So for first one:
Pros:
1.newer model
2.just 4months old, just 10000km
3.still in factory warranty
4.near me(I am in London,ON)
Cons:
1.basic model with some options
2.black(just for myself, would really prefer white body)
2010 3.2
Pros:
1.fully loaded
2.white(personal taste)
Cons:
1.older model
2.really high mileage (mostly highway mileage according to dealer)
3.LED headlamp not working and coupe of noticeable tiny scratches, the tires seems needs to be changed soon...dealer said he will take care of them before deliver to me though
4.no factory warranty.(can purchase the 200000km warranty from nationwide by dealer)
5.US car, lower resale value
My needs:
I do not care too much about 2.0t or 3.2, pano sunroof is a must for me and both have it. Navi seems really good...white is stunning IMO
2.0t looks more reliable and price seems good even with much less options.
3.2 looks really nice in and out, but have to question the reliability after 80000km running
Please give me some tips....which one has higher value right now and will maintain its value better

The 2.0T seems like a no-brainer to me with the mileage, but the options and colour may sway you. I say keep looking, though you will not find many.
Aside from that the biggest part of your decision should be a test drive of both, obviously. You may say you don't care either way but 3.2 versus 2.0T is a v.personal choice as they drive differently & are each better suited depending on driving needs: more highway? Consensus seems to favour the 3.2. More city = 2.0T, IMO.

I have test drive the 3.2, and it feels great.i will try the 2.0t today, I suppose it should feel quite different, I will see how much it will affect my decision

IMO the 2010 is a better car but without warranty (or paying more for extended warranty) and higher mileage it is going to cost you more to run and will likely have a lower resale value in the future.
With the 2011 I think you could get the audi care package on it as well.

just tried out the 2.0t...it does feels different with the 3.2 engine, but just like i said, to me I really do not care this differences, either one can make me satisfied...maybe i drive too polite... still need more votes...
to happy:
2010 with extended warranty(not from audi) will come out the same price as the 2011 with official warranty...
high mileage is the biggest con to me, Can someone tell me for a suv like this class, how many mileage will it usually last until some major problems come out

2011 appeals to me more, but what equipment is on this unit?
I would say on the 2.0T get a darker color car. The soot coming from the exhaust on a turbo makes it tough to keep a white car clean.
